The Grumpkin and the Craven - 1 of 2 by saki-guzman The Grumpkin and the Craven - 1 of 2 by saki-guzman
One thing I noticed in some of the Sansa illustrations I've seen is that she's made to look much older than Arya, when she's only ahead by 2 years. They're still considered little girls (by modern standards) at the start of the series, as shown here. My source of inspiration for this is Judy Blume's 'The Pain and the Great One', a really cute children's picture book I haveÖ I don't see Sansa and Arya's relationship as antagonistic (at least, prior to the Joffrey incident) as the siblings there, but after all that's happened, Iím not sure how it will be when and if they reunite at the end of the books.

Credit goes to env1ro for the paper texture I used.

I love these :D I can almost picture Sansa in her bedroom, with teen magazines spread out on her bed and posters of Loras Tyrell on the wall. Arya and Nymeria look quite stinky in her vision.

Thanks :) Actually, what you're seeing in their thought bubbles is an exaggeration brought about by their biased views on each other. So Arya and Nymeria...while kind of dirty at times, aren't really as horrid looking as Sansa would have you believe. Arya doesn't have snot coming out of her nose like that, either.

I'm thinking maybe Sansa uses a cleaning blush on Lady but she doesn't really put powder or ribbons since Lady doesn't need them- she was said to have been the prettiest of the litter, or something. :D Arya just has a colorful imagination.

Yes I get the joke, you don't have to explain it.

Not insulting your intelligence or anything like that; I just wasn't sure I conveyed it well enough in the sketches.
